About the project
Side by Side sought to foster collaborative growth among partner organizations, emphasizing the co-development and sharing of good practices, methodologies, and strategies.
In today’s interconnected landscape, many organizations function independently, leading to duplicated efforts and missed collaborative opportunities. This project addressed this gap by promoting shared expertise, ensuring resource efficiency, enabling rapid problem-solving, standardizing approaches, and amplifying collective impact.
In order to achieve this, we followed three key objectives ↓
1. Data Integration
Enhance the partners’ understanding and integration of effective data systems, promoting the exchange of best practices and experiential learning insights from actual experiences, both successful and challenging.
2. Streamlined Collaboration
Strengthen partners’ operational effectiveness by developing collaborative tools and a cohesive procedural strategy to streamline communication, resource-sharing, and project implementation.
3. Greater Youth Engagement
Provide partners with a unified approach to engage beneficiaries, ensuring projects are not only developed but also resonate with the young people and create meaningful impacts within their respective target groups.

Side by Side brought together organizations from diverse backgrounds, each contributing unique strengths and experiences to build a trustful network. Through co-developed tools, new strategies, and a commitment to impactful engagement, partners worked hand in hand to create a foundation for sustainable partnerships.

About the Activities
The participants, youth workers and members of partner organizations, engaged in a variety of activities that emphasized the co-development and sharing of good practices, methodologies, and strategies. The project’s primary objective was to bridge gaps in shared expertise, ensure resource efficiency, and amplify collective impact.
The program included facilitated group discussions, workshops, structured networking sessions, and hands-on sessions with non-formal educational methods. Participants contributed their experiences and knowledge in numerous sessions, enhancing collaborative growth and understanding.
In addition to professional development, the project also offered cultural exploration and team-building activities like a treasure hunt, allowing participants to explore the power of learning through interactive and engaging riddles and games.
Project Results
Networking and Relationship-Building
Strengthened connections among partners, fostering potential for future collaborations and joint initiatives.
Knowledge Exchange and Capacity Building
Enhanced each organization’s operational knowledge through shared best practices, tools, and strategies, reinforcing collective competencies.
Collaborative Problem-Solving
Partners jointly tackled shared challenges, designing adaptable solutions, including a framework for Erasmus+ project procedures.
Enhanced Communication and Resource-Sharing Tools
Established collaborative channels, such as Google Drive and WhatsApp groups, for seamless communication, resource-sharing, and documentation.
Development of Shared Procedures
The project produced a set of adaptable procedures, including general documents for project implementation, learning agreements to ensure participant outcomes, partnership agreements clarifying partner roles, a GDPR procedure for data protection compliance, a risk management procedure to identify and address project risks, and a quality management procedure to maintain standards throughout project activities.

Here are our RESULTS for YOU
Database of Toolkits and Materials
A database with over 50 documents, including toolkits, guides, and resources to support project implementation and non-formal learning.
General Project Implementation Documents
Developed essential documents for project processes, such as attendance lists, participant statements, parental consents, and other foundational documents.
Collaborative Agreements
Created learning agreements for participants to outline roles and objectives and partnership agreements for project partners to clarify roles and responsibilities.
GDPR Procedure
Established a general data protection procedure to ensure GDPR compliance and effectively safeguard participant information and privacy.
Risk Management Procedure
Developed a structured process for identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle as well as a risk register.
Quality Management Procedure
Formulated a quality management framework to maintain high standards across all project activities and outputs, according with Erasmus+ Quality Standards.
