Have you ever wondered what your life would look like without internet?
No social media. No Google. No YouTube. No messages.
Just you, the people around you, and the world as it is — offline.
“What If?” is a youth exchange that challenges you to imagine a world where the internet suddenly disappears. Together with young people from other countries, you will explore how digital technology shapes the way we live, learn, work, and connect – and what happens when it’s no longer there.
This exchange is not about avoiding the digital world — it’s about understanding it better. Through creative workshops, role plays, group challenges, and reflection activities, you’ll discover:
- what opportunities digital tools bring,
- what risks and limits we often ignore, and
- how we can use technology in a smarter and more balanced way.
Here’s what this adventure isn’t: - It isn’t a vacation package! While Greece’s beauty is captivating, organized tours aren’t on our agenda. Feel free to explore on your own time before or after our project. Remember, extra travel and stay costs are on you.
-
Luxury hotels and “gourmet” meals aren’t part of the plan. You will he hosted in tents, on an amazing beach, you will receive good food and we will provide all the project materials and other key expenses. But you need to keep in mind that the project budget cover for basic expencies, not for luxurious adventures.
-
The internet is huge, and technology is always changing. This project will help you ask the right questions and think more critically, but it won’t have all the answers. The goal is to make you more aware, not to give final solutions.
- Forget about formal classrooms and traditional teaching. Keep in mind that our workshops aren’t led by professional trainers or teachers. We’re here for a non-formal, hands-on experience, where learning is as dynamic as the ideas we explore. You’ll be learning by doing and from each other in a fun and easy way!
